Processing time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends and US holidays, ship the next business day.

Shipping methods

• Standard (2–5 business days): $9.99, free on orders over $150.
• Express (1–2 business days): $24.99, calculated at checkout.
• Overnight: Available on request — contact support before ordering.

All shipments include tracking. Peptides ship in discreet, plain packaging with cold-chain materials where appropriate.

Shipping destinations

Novren Labs currently ships to all 50 US states and US territories. International shipping is not available at this time.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged or does not arrive within 10 business days of dispatch, contact support@novrenlabs.com with your order number. We will replace damaged or lost items free of charge after carrier verification.

Returns

Due to the nature of research peptides and to maintain chain-of-custody integrity, all sales are final once shipped. We do not accept returns of opened or unopened vials.

If you received an incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement at no cost.

COA delivery

Every order ships with the batch-specific Certificate of Analysis. Digital copies can be re-sent at any time by emailing support@novrenlabs.com with your order or batch number.
